How Do I Pay For My Order:

Bashful Designs accepts PayPal and credit cards.

 

Do You Accept Returns?

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, unfortunately Bashful Designs cannot accept returns for earrings.

  

What If My Order Arrives Broken?

Bashful Designs takes care to wrap our products securely, and to pad with bubble wrap and our branded box (for jewellery). If your order arrives broken or damaged, please resolve with Australia Post directly, as we are not responsible for items damaged in transit.

However, if your order breaks with reasonable and careful use, please take a photo and email us at elena@bashfuldesigns.com.au and we will resolve the issue with you.
